Liberty Insurance Group has announced the introduction of a system of roadside assistance for hearing impaired works by sending SMS messages.
This new service, available through the three Group brands (Liberty Seguros, Genesis and Regal), joined other company initiatives for customers with disabilities, such Liberty Mobility as a policy or policy of Home in Braille.
The new roadside assistance is aimed at a group of more than one million people with varying degrees of deafness. of which 10% have a documented disability.
